نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك وشفافية استخدام بياناتك في تطبيق SHOOT'HA.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is used.
صلاحية الكاميرا
يطلب تطبيق Shootha الوصول إلى الكاميرا ومعرض الصور لغرض وحيد فقط: تمكين المستخدم من رفع أو تحديث صورته الشخصية داخل التطبيق. لا يتم التقاط أي صورة أو تسجيل أي مقطع مرئي دون إجراء صريح من المستخدم، ولا تُرسَل أي بيانات مرئية إلى خوادمنا إلا بعد موافقة المستخدم الكاملة على الرفع.
Camera Permission
Shootha requests camera and photo-library access for one purpose only: to let the user upload or update their profile photo inside the app. No image is captured or video recorded without explicit user action, and no visual data is sent to our servers without the user's full consent to upload.
البيانات المجمعة
نجمع فقط البيانات الضرورية لتشغيل الخدمة: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، الجنس، التفضيلات الرياضية، والموقع الجغرافي لعرض الملاعب القريبة. كما نجمع معرف الجهاز ونوع نظام التشغيل لأغراض تقنية. لا نجمع أي بيانات خارج نطاق تشغيل التطبيق.
Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to run the service: name, phone number, gender, sport preferences, and geographic location to show nearby venues. We also collect device ID and OS type for technical purposes. We do not collect any data outside the scope of running the app.
حماية البيانات
بياناتك محمية وآمنة. لا يتم بيع أي بيانات شخصية لأطراف ثالثة خارجية، ولا مشاركتها مع جهات غير مرتبطة بتشغيل التطبيق مباشرةً. نستخدم بروتوكولات تشفير معيارية لحماية المعلومات أثناء النقل والتخزين.
Data Protection
Your data is protected and secure. No personal data is sold to external third parties, or shared with entities not directly involved in operating the app. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect information in transit and at rest.
مشاركة البيانات
الحالة الوحيدة التي تُشارَك فيها بيانات محدودة (الاسم ورقم الهاتف) هي مع أصحاب الملاعب المرتبطين بالتطبيق، وذلك لتأكيد الحجز والتواصل عند الضرورة. لا نشارك بياناتك مع جهات إعلانية خارجية أو منصات تحليل طرف ثالث دون علمك.
Data Sharing
The only case where limited data (name & phone number) is shared is with venue owners linked to the app, solely for booking confirmation and necessary communication. We do not share your data with external ad networks or third-party analytics platforms without your knowledge.

الموقع (Location): لعرض الملاعب القريبة.
الإشعارات (Notifications): لاستلام تأكيدات الحجز والتنبيهات.
الكاميرا (Camera): لتحديث الصورة الشخصية فقط.
Device Permissions
Location: To show nearby venues.
Notifications: To receive booking confirmations and alerts.
Camera: To update your profile photo only.
حقوق المستخدم
يحق لك في أي وقت: طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك كاملاً، تعديل معلوماتك الشخصية من داخل التطبيق، أو التواصل معنا لأي استفسار يخص بياناتك عبر البريد الإلكتروني shoot.ha.iq@gmail.com
Your Rights
You may at any time: request full deletion of your account and data, edit your personal information from within the app, or contact us with any data-related inquiry at shoot.ha.iq@gmail.com
